    • We provide individual therapy for adults, couples therapy, and family therapy.

  • What are your areas of expertise?

    • We have extensive experience working with individuals experiencing:

      • Anxiety disorders: Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Social Anxiety, Panic Disorder

      • Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

      • Mood disorders: Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Boderline Personality Disorder

      • Trauma: PTSD, Complex Trauma, Grief and Loss

  • Do you accept insurance?

    • At this time, we are in network with BlueCross BlueShield of North Carolina and Aetna commercial plans. We are happy to offer sliding scale fees for those who qualify.

    • If we are out of network with your insurance carrier, we can provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

  • What are your fees for out-of-network clients?

    • Our fee for individual therapy sessions is $130 per one hour session.

    • Our fee for couples therapy sessions is $175 per one hour session.

    • We can discuss payment options, including payment plans, during your initial consultation.

  • What are your office hours and location?

    • Our practice is located in Matthews, NC. At this time, all of our providers see clients remotely.

    • At this time, we provide Telehealth only visits via a confidential and secure platform.

    • We strive to provide office hours that go beyond the normal 9 am - 5 pm timeframe which includes weekend availability. Please reach out to our providers for scheduling requests.

  • What should I expect in my first session?

    • The first session will involve an intake interview where we will discuss your concerns, therapy goals, and treatment preferences.

    • We will gather information about your history, symptoms, and current challenges.

    • This is an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have about therapy.

  • Is therapy confidential?

    • Yes, therapy is confidential with some exceptions (e.g., danger to self or others, and child abuse).

    • We will go over and discuss the limits of confidentiality during our first session.

  • How do I schedule an appointment?

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    • We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations.

    • Missed appointments may be subject to a fee.
